This online master's degree specialization will help you develop and enhance skills for effective teaching in a variety of settings, including adult education, workforce development, continuing education, higher education, and military education. The curriculum focuses on major theories of adult learning and distance education and supports successful strategies for enhancing learning for individuals with diverse backgrounds.
