This specialization allows you to study the application of behavior principles
and research findings in organizational settings.
You will learn about leadership theories, group development, conflict
management, and organizational change strategies. Upon completion,
you will be prepared to conduct workplace testing and assessment, to
teach at the community college level, or to pursue consulting, professional
coaching, or human resource management positions.
Note: Master's degree requirements in this program do not prepare graduates for licensure as a professional counselor or psychologist.
